Dear TMS Parents and Families,
We hope that you are enjoying a fantastic summer with your children and loved ones.
As you and your child prepare for the 23-24 school year, please be advised that all students participating in intramural sports will be required to have a Sports Physical and turn in FHSAA paperwork (attached below). This is a new requirement for Middle School students. We must have a completed Sports Physical in hand before your student can participate in tryouts. The first intramural sport is Boys and Girls Basketball, which begins the second week of school followed by Boys and Girls Cross Country the first week of September. As the year progresses, your student will have the opportunity to try out for Volleyball, Soccer, Golf, Tennis, and Track & Field. Trafalgar Middle School earned several North Area and County Championships last year and we are excited for another fantastic year of athletics.
You may obtain a Sports Physical from your physician or you may take advantage of Lee Health's Sports Physicals on July 15, 22, or 27. Please see the flyer attachments below for more information on Lee Health's Sports Physicals.
With Basketball starting on August 14, we want all students who are interested to be eligible for tryouts. You may return FHSAA Sports Physical paperwork to Trafalgar Middle's Front Office Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 4:00pm or scan/email it Mrs. Cain at [email protected].
